10 years ago I struggled with my relationship with food, going through constant cycles of restricting and binging, and dealing with low self esteem as a result of it. It wasn’t until I found strength training, when my relationship with my body and food began to change. I no longer feared food, but rather saw it as fuel to set new PR’s. And ultimately, I gained confidence from the discipline and structure I followed which set me free in my journey.
Fast forward to today, I quit my career in finance to become a coach and help others discover their strength and confidence through strength training as well.
Strong & Built AF is the program that encompasses everything I’ve learned over the last decade, and the program I wish I had when I first started my journey to expedite my progress even more. From hypertrophy to strength, and even a little condition and core, this program will be the exact structure you need to get Strong & Built AF!
It is a PDF that contains Week 1 (the first week of the 12-week block) inside our Strong & Built AF training subscription program.
For the Starter Week, you'll receive your workouts through email as a PDF document. However, if you sign up for our Strong & Built AF subscription program, you'll get access to our PF app where you you will also receive exercise video demonstrations, track your progress, and can upload progress photos.
Short answer, it's probably better than what you're currently doing. Long answer, your program should be periodized and designed for progressive overload which we do within the Strong & Built AF program. As you progress through the weeks, the reps, sets, exercises and intensity will change to account for both strength & fatigue.
