10 years ago I struggled with my relationship with food, going through constant cycles of restricting and binging, and dealing with low self esteem as a result of it. It wasn’t until I found strength training, when my relationship with my body and food began to change. I no longer feared food, but rather saw it as fuel to set new PR’s. And ultimately, I gained confidence from the discipline and structure I followed which set me free in my journey.
Fast forward to today, I quit my career in finance to become a coach, where I've helped hundreds of women discover their strength and confidence through strength training.

The Strong & Built AF program focus' on 12 week periodized cycles where we focus on hypotrophy, strength and max strength with progressive overload throughout. Your workouts will drop to you weekly in the app. You'll be able to record your weights, reps and upload progress stats.
